We in Grainne O’Rourke Models Ltd, a 77  year old clothing wholesaler, distributor and retailer, have been working with Dave and Enable for over a year now since November 2009. Dave’s initial brief was simply to look at getting the best out of our management team. Through a hands-on approach by Dave, challenging our routine work practices, creating awareness and an environment where change was positive and necessary, we have already seen the benefits of his insights and coaching. We are now working on new projects with Dave coaching and mentoring the management team and are seeing the benefits, which is reassuring in these uncertain economic times.
