During 2010 Dave Gribben of Enable provided the Docklands Authority with the structure and support required to empower the Management team in the development of a complex strategy for the business going forward.  Working with a multi-functional team, Dave created an environment which gave individuals the freedom to contribute on a range of topics and create effective solutions in areas beyond their comfort zones. While helping the Authority evolve a workable strategy for the future, Dave also provided invaluable coaching and feedback to help the group work better together as a team.
