In 2010 we used Dave to help establish our core proposition firstly for our own understanding and clarity  and secondly to develop a marketing strategy. The process used was very thorough and challenged us to be honest in our evaluation of our core values and skill sets. The tool kit used facilitated the process very smoothly. Dave’s ability to be positive and respectful while challenging behaviour is very powerful. We are certainly more confident and focused as an organisation and will continue to use the services of Enable as we develop.
